HAS-Vent

In October 2023 Lindab acquired HAS-Vent Ltd., one of the UK's leading manufacturers and distributors of ventilation products. 

HAS-Vent has production of circular, oval and rectangular ventilation ducts, as well as distribution of a wide range of ventilation products. HAS-Vent has ten branches in the UK

HAS-Vent strengthens Lindab's sales and production of ventilation products in one of Europe's most important markets.

Our merger is in the process of being approved by the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).  We are cooperating fully with the CMA and will be operating as separate businesses while the investigation is ongoing.
