Dektite Ezi-seal flashings feature a revolutionary non-absorbent and non-porous sponge gasket that seals by compression, even in wet conditions, it hugs the roof line to provide a waterproof seal without the need for silicone adhesive.

Black EPDM rubber sleeve can be trimmed to the exact OD required for a perfect fit, so fewer sizes are required. This means that only 8 sizes are required to cover all pipes from 5mm - 440mm.

No sealant required.

Pleated skirt adjusts to any roof pitch for stress-free connections.

Aluminium base can be shaped by hand to suit roof profile.
